Privacy policy
A shared policy for applications that link to this document.
Who we are and which apps this covers
Nykorych Artur is the developer responsible for the applications covered by this policy. You can contact us about privacy and support at support@caspiansdev.com.
This policy covers Android applications published under Nykorych Artur that link to this policy. The apps help you discover Minecraft Bedrock add-ons, maps, textures and related content. Available features, advertising partners and analytics services can differ between apps and versions. A section describing an optional feature applies when that feature is present.
Using an app does not by itself replace any consent that the law requires us or a service provider to obtain.
Catalog, images and downloads
Loading a catalog, an image, a 3D scene or an add-on sends a request to the relevant server. The request exposes information needed for delivery, such as your IP address, the requested resource, request time and technical connection headers. This information may also be used in operational and security logs to investigate failures and prevent abuse.
Our hosting providers and external download services handle the requests they receive. If you follow a link to an author's website, a store or another third party, that service's own privacy policy applies there.
Information stored on your device
The apps can store language and display preferences, favorites, search and viewing history, guide progress, notes, download information and cached files on your device. Local support drafts are also kept there until you remove or send them. Notes are not automatically uploaded to our catalog server.
You can remove available entries in the app or clear its data through Android settings. Android or the device manufacturer may include some app data in system backups according to your device and backup settings. Files exported to another folder or application must be deleted from that location separately.
Views, downloads, ratings and reactions
In versions with online content statistics, the app generates a random installation identifier. It sends that identifier with the content ID, event type, a view date or file revision, and any rating or reaction you choose. The server uses an app-specific hash of the identifier to count activity and avoid duplicate votes or events. These records are pseudonymous; they are not guaranteed to be anonymous.
The catalog shows aggregate results, not a public list of individual voters. You can change or remove your own rating or reaction where those controls are available. A download event records file delivery, not proof that Minecraft imported or ran the content successfully.
Advertising and consent
Ad-supported versions use CAS.AI mediation and the advertising networks integrated in that particular build. Depending on the network, consent, region and device settings, these services may process advertising or other SDK identifiers, IP address, device and app information, an approximate region, and ad delivery or interaction events. The purposes include showing and measuring ads, limiting repetition and detecting fraud.
Where a consent or advertising-privacy form is available, use it to review your choices. You can also use Android's advertising-ID and privacy settings. Availability and the effect of these controls depend on the device, app version and applicable requirements. A privacy setting does not necessarily remove all advertising.
Analytics and diagnostics
When included and configured, AppMetrica or Firebase Analytics can process technical device and operating-system information, app version, service identifiers, sessions, usage events and diagnostic information. The exact data and error/crash reporting depend on the SDK and configuration used by the particular version.
We use analytics to understand which features work, investigate failures and improve reliability. This does not require your Microsoft, Xbox, Mojang or Minecraft account password. An app's analytics provider may receive information directly through its SDK, separately from our catalog server.
Permissions and file access
The apps need an internet connection to retrieve online content and use configured services. Depending on the Android version and feature, Android may ask you to choose a file, a save location or an application that can open an add-on. Older versions may request storage access for downloading or importing files.
You can review and revoke permissions in Android settings. A denied permission may prevent the related feature from working. Browsing our catalog does not require you to provide your personal messages, contacts, payment-card details or game-account credentials.
3D preview and saved images
Where a 3D preview is offered, the selected model's geometry and textures are downloaded and rendered on your device. Temporary scene files can be cached there. Basic device capabilities and available memory may be checked locally to choose a suitable graphics mode.
The preview's screenshot action saves an image of the virtual scene through Android's available file or photo-saving tools. It does not itself take a photograph with your camera or automatically publish the result. Sharing a saved image through another application is an action you choose.
Messages to support
If you contact support@caspiansdev.com, we receive the sender address, message and attachments you choose to send. A support or rights-claim screen may prepare a local draft and hand it to your email application; you complete sending there.
We use correspondence to answer, diagnose the reported issue and handle privacy or rights requests. Include only information relevant to the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment details or identity documents unless a specific lawful and necessary verification process has been explained to you.
Service providers and disclosures
Information can be processed by hosting and file-delivery providers, configured advertising/analytics services and the email providers used to handle support. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Advertising mediation can involve more than one network; the set can change between releases and configurations.
We may disclose information when needed to comply with a lawful requirement, investigate abuse, protect users or establish or defend legal claims. We do not offer your support correspondence, private notes or catalog activity records for sale. SDK processing and your available choices are also described in the providers' policies linked below.
Provider privacy information
These links explain provider processing. Not every listed SDK is included in every app. The version and configured mediation determine the actual set, which may also include other CAS.AI advertising partners.
How long information is kept
Local app data remains until you remove it, clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to Android backup behavior and separately exported files. In versions with queued catalog events, unsent view/download events expire after seven days.
Server activity records and current votes do not have a fixed automatic age-based expiry. They are retained for statistics and duplicate prevention until removed or changed through the available controls or a verified deletion process. Support correspondence is kept for handling the request and, where necessary, resolving follow-up issues or legal claims. Deleted data may remain in backups until those copies are overwritten or removed in the backup cycle. Independent service providers apply their own retention policies.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, request a copy, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can contact support@caspiansdev.com to ask about these rights or raise a concern. Where available, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
State the app name, the nature of your request and enough information to locate the relevant records. If the app offers a copy-installation-ID action on its privacy screen, you can include that identifier for a catalog-activity request. We may ask for proportionate verification. Clearing app data or resetting an advertising identifier does not automatically delete server records or emails; clearing data may also change the installation identifier.
Browsing the catalog does not require creating an app account. Therefore there is no app-account deletion step for this account-free use; requests about other data can still be sent to the contact above.
Security and international processing
We use HTTPS for our online API and restrict administrative access to app and server data. No network or storage method provides an absolute security guarantee.
Hosting, advertising, analytics and email providers can process information outside your country. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the relevant laws. Contact us if you need information about processing relevant to your request; provider-specific details are available in their policies.
Children and parents
These services are not intended for children under 13. We do not ask children to send personal information to support. If you believe that a child has provided information without the necessary permission, contact support@caspiansdev.com with the app name and relevant details so that we can review the situation and remove information where required.
Parents can also manage app permissions and device privacy settings. Age ratings, parental controls and any age/consent choices shown by the app should be considered before use.
About this website
This website publishes our privacy information. Its server receives the network information needed to deliver pages, such as IP address, request time, page address and browser headers, and may use technical logs to protect and operate the service.
The page does not embed advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or a Google Play widget. No account, login, advertising cookie or form submission is required to read it. Language selection uses ordinary page links. Email links open your email application; no message is sent until you send it there. External links take you to services with their own policies.
Updates and contact
We may revise this policy when our apps or data-processing practices change. The date and version shown on this page identify the current document. Where a change requires an additional notice or new consent, publishing a new policy does not replace that requirement.

This is a shared privacy policy for Android applications published by Nykorych Artur. It applies to an application when its Google Play listing or the application itself refers to this document. The publisher account is linked below. Processing depends on the services actually included in the version you use.
